Bridge to Nowhere- A Triangle Agency Mission

After years of delay, minimal actual work, and billions of dollars down the drain, progress is finally being made on a project to replace the deteriorating bridge that connects two cities with a state of the art modern construction. The fact that this progress was in the form of half of the bridge mysteriously appearing overnight without any witness has people asking questions, not the least of which is what happened to the mayor who staked her career on getting this damn project done?

Into this mess steps an Anomaly in the form of a smiling man in a bedraggled suit trailing riverwater onto the floor. He's very eager to meet the rest of the project staff. He has a bridge to sell them, and if they can meet his price, he can make all their troubles go away in a blink.

Also if your Agents play their cards right they get to fight a kaiju made out of concrete and rebar, ain't that fun?
